A collection of 26 Protein Rich Dishes from Breakfast to starter, main course and desserts. What else do you need when you have a month-long plan of protein-rich dishes ready.

As you all know that we, a group of fellow bloggers did a month-long mega-marathon of protein-rich dishes. Below is the round up for the same. Thanks, Valli and fellow bloggers for making it a successful event.

The first and second week it was Breakfast dishes.

  4. Coconut Chia Granola
  5. Savory Pancakes
  6. Moong Dal Kachori
  7. Kuzhi Paniyaram
  8. Lemon Buttermilk Cake

Next week we did protein rich evening or tea time snacks.

  2. Spanakopita Triangles
  3. Spinach Hummus
  4. Bhakarwadi
  5. Dutch Rusk Canapes
  6. Panzanella Salad

After snacks now come the main course dishes.

  1. Rajma Masala
  2. Tofu Tikka Masala
  3. Peshawari Chole
  4. Arugula Palak Saag
  5. Bajra Khichdi
  6. Buckwheat Dosa

We have to finish off with desserts, right??

  1. Strawberry Labneh
  2. Carrot Kalakand
  3. Paneer Kheer
  4. Banana Cacao Ice cream
  5. Coconut Rose Sandesh
  6. Mango Almond Barfi
