Sauteed Cherry Tomatoes

We are in the second week of BM#42 and my theme for the week is Low Carb Meals. Our daily food is basically comprised of Carbohydrates as we prefer to include rice , chapati , dosa , upma or mainly carb based dishes in our meal.It is good to eat a balanced diet but sometimes people want to cut carbohydrates from their diet as advised by the doctor or just for the sake of weight loss . On the other hand there are several benefits of low carb diets for people who wants to include it in their diet , such as helping in weight loss, fat loosening , reduce blood sugar  ,increase good cholesterol levels and much more.

When I was searching for low carb recipes I found this link with 25 low carb fruits and vegetables. So  for the first day I decided to cook something with cherry tomatoes . I found this recipe here and it is so simple to cook in just a few minutes that you will love it.
