Plain Sev | Besan Bhujia

We are in the third week of BM#58 and my theme for the week is tea time snack. We,I mean my family, have this weird habit of having tea in the evening with some snacks .I mean,if there is no snack with tea it would be almost impossible to drop down the tea under the throat.Normally the snacks are store bought biscuit ,different types of namkeen aka sev ,rusk or puff pastry squares. But on some weekends or whenever I feel like energetic then I would make something different like pakoras, etc.

So in this series I will be posting what we love to eat with our tea .First day recipe is the simpler and all time favorite plain sev. Frankly speaking, this is the first attempt of me making this bhujia at home .The reason behind was the non possession of sev maker. This time I borrowed the sev maker from a neighbor ,that is still staying in my cupboard and needs to be given back.I am quite pleased with the results and made a pledge to always make plain sev at home.
