Saltine Crackers Canapes with Potato Peas Topping

For the last day of tea time snacks I made saltine crackers canapes with potato and peas filling. When you talk about canapes ,there are many ways to assemble with different type of topping. But somehow we love this Indian style topping the best. These are super easy to make and make a great appetizer for parties or get together.

So this is our tea time snacks that we love to enjoy with tea on those weekend evenings.
