Mushroom Do Pyazza

Mushroom Do Piazza ,a spicy and delicious curry cooked with mushrooms in which onions are added in large amount and that too has added in two stages.

This week my theme for Blogging Marathon is One vegetable in Different way and I chose to make Mushrooms in different ways.My family loves mushrooms and they can have it anytime where as I am exactly opposite and totally hate it.But as I had a couple of button mushrooms packet I used them to make three different ways.

This curry is a mildly sweet and spicy combination of aroma and tasted nice with roti and rice as told by my family. The dish can be prepared in a jiffy and is surely a hit for mushroom lovers.
