Roasted Mushrooms with Green Beans and Onions A quick and easy mushroom appetizer.When I made them my whole house was smelling like mushrooms.But as soon as they came out of the oven they were gone.I tried tasting the beans and onions from the dish and they tasted awesome .This is another quick and easy mushroom recipe that is surely pleasing mushroom lovers.


Make sure to take the mushrooms out of  the oven as soon as they are done or else they will be shrunk in size.But if you prefer a little crispier than don’t mind to leave them for a little while.

Ingredients:
1 package mushrooms,sliced
100 gm french green beans,cut in halves
1 white onions,sliced
2 teaspoon Italian mixed herbs
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
salt to taste
peppercorn ,crushed
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika/red chilly flakes
2 tablespoon olive oil

Method:
Preheat oven at 350 degrees and line a baking tray with foil.
In a mixing bowl add Italian seasoning mix,paprika,salt, garlic powder,lemon juice and freshly crushed peppercorns.
Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and mix well.Toss the vegetables in the seasoning mixture.
Arrange the mushrooms and veggies in the baking tray.
Sprinkle with more olive oil.Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until mushrooms are golden.
Remove from oven and serve hot.

Enjoy!!
