Pav Bhaji is the popular street food of Mumbai, Gujarat and many other parts of India. It is prepared with a blend of vegetables cooked in tomato onion gravy and seasoned with pav bhaji masala. The masala is another flavorful spice mix that we get in local food stores. We can also make it at home and I will try to post the recipe for it soon. 2. Its pav bhaji day whenever I have to use up bits and pieces of veggies. My mother in law taught me to add all the veggies that my kids would not have otherwise. You’ve also added turia! Wow, next time adding it too.
