Like if one is asking for Stuffed Paratha and the other must be imagining Brinjal sabzi , Chapati and Raita . Oh ! it is so hectic but I do enjoy preparing it for them .Let’s get back to our theme for that I have made Sandwich .I like to make Mint chutney sandwich , whenever I have mint chutney in my refrigerator. I have added lots of veggies, cottage cheese and few mild spices and my daughter loved them in her tiffin box. So let’s start the recipe . Yum
