Strawberry Raisin Yoghurt Smoothie

For the last day of Sizzling Smoothies for BM#43 , I blended this simple and healthy strawberry raisin youghrt smoothie. It is a delicious mid morning snack when you are feeling hungry and tired, this chilled fruity drink is rich in protein, calcium, iron and vitamin C. So let’s start the recipe .yum

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
2 tablespoon golden raisins
1. Cup yoghurt /chilled curd
2 teaspoon sugar or honey
Method:
Blend all the ingredients till smooth and creamy. Serve garnished with chopped strawberries or nuts of your choice.


Enjoy!!
