Chapati Rolls

When you have leftover chapatis , worry not just make these delicious and nutritious Chapati Rolls .
I have made them for the second day of BM#34 under mess free tiffin box . It is an easy way to incorporate veggies in kids diet and can be enjoyed any time in ziffy . So let’s start the recipe . Yum

Ingredients:
4 Leftover chappatis
1/4 cup French beans , chopped
1 carrot , chopped
1/4 cup peas
1 capsicum, chopped
1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
3 green chillies, chopped
1 spring onion ,chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic , grated
1/4 teaspoon ginger , grated
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
4 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1/2 teaspoon red chilly powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoon olive oil
Few coriander leaves,chopped

Method:
Heat oil in a pan add ginger and garlic , sauté for 2 minutes. Add spring onion , mix an add all other veggies. Cook on low fame with covered lid till veggies are done.
Add chilly powder, salt and soy sauce , mix and cook for 2-3 minutes more.keep the stuffing aside.

Take one leftover roti , apply tomato ketchup on one half ,sprinkle some coriander leaves.
Fill 2 tablespoon of stuffing , roll it from the other side. Seal the edges by applying water a d insert a tooth pick in the center.Bake in preheated oven for15 minutes or just cook over hot skillet .

Serve hot with Ketchup.

Serve-4. Cooking time -20 minutes
Note : You may use fresh chapatis as well . Add filling of your choice.
To make the roll more happening , add cheese on the roll.
