Vietnamese Sinh tố
‘Sinh tố, is Vietnamese milkshake made with fruits and condensed milk and is creamy and deliciuosly rich in flavors.
Vietnam and it’s authentic cuisine comprises of minimal use of oil and reliance on fresh herbs and vegetables, along with very selective use of spices to reach the finest taste. Thus considered to be the world’s healthiest cuisine.
Ingredients Needed
- Fruits: Seasonal fruits of your choice. I have used mangoes, blueberry, persimmon, and banana.
- Condensed Milk: Sweetened condensed milk for rich and exquisite flavor.
- Milk: For consistency of the smoothie and for flavors.
How to make Sinh tố?
Just like any other milk shake or smoothie, it is pretty much easier to make. All you need to do is just blend all the ingredients in a blender and viola it will be ready in just few seconds.
Adjust the amount of milk as per your desired thickness of the milkshake.
Serving Suggestions
Serve the milkshake with baked potato wedges, garlic knots, or courgette fries. You can also serve this milkshake with chocolate pecan cookies or Bombay mixture as well.
