Silken Mango Raspberry Smoothie

A creamy and delicious silken smoothie made with mangoes and raspberries. This smoothie is perfect and healthy breakfast that would make you fill until lunch.

Recently I got started making smoothies and juices for or with breakfast and our kind of liking this habit. Whilst the breakfast is getting ready, the family would finish a tall glass of smoothie or juice and won’t complain or ask to hurry up for breakfast. The best part is I can disguise any fruit or ingredient in the smoothie and they won’t even notice it.

Likely I used tofu to make the smoothie a protein packed booster drink and frankly after having this tall glass of smoothie I don’t need breakfast or anything for few hours. I used raspberries in this smoothie as gain we are doing Protein Rich Dishes and of all fruits, raspberries are considered to be one of high protein fruit among others like guava and dried apricots.

Some more healthy smoothies to look for easy breakfast companion are

Avocado Smoothie

Kiwi Mango Smoothie

Berries Smoothie

Tropical Chia smoothie
