Vegetable Kebabs

Kebabs is a popular appetizer often served in Pakistan also and  usually made with minced meat and spices . Being a vegetarian I always prepare  kebab using different vegetables . It’s a super hit recipe for a hangout with family which can be prepared in seconds . So let’s start the recipe .yum

Ingredients :
4 bread slice (prefer left over)
1 potato , boiled and peeled
1 onion , chopped
2 green chillies , chopped
1/4 cup peas
1/4 cup capsicum , chopped
1/4 cup coriander leaves ,chopped
2 tablespoon corn flour
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon dried amchoor powder
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon red chilly powder
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil for shallow frying

Method:
Soak bread slice in water/milk . Mix all the ingredients in a bowl .

Make round balls in hand and press them to give kebab like shape.
Heat oil in a saucepan or non-stick pan . Fry the kebabs from both sides till nice and crispy.

Drain on a paper napkin . Serve hot with tomato ketchup and tea.

Serve – 3. Cooking time-15 minutes
Note :You may add as many varieties of veggies as you want.
Apply some oil or water in palms to make kebabs.
If batter seems loose add a bit more cornflour.
