Ingredients:
200 g Tagliatelle pasta
2 cup Bolognese sauce
1 red onion,sliced
4 garlic cloves,minced
1 cup bell peppers,thinly sliced
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Basil leaves,chopped
2 tablespoon olive oil
Parmesan cheese to taste
Method:
Boil pasta in enough water with a teaspoon of oil until tender yet firm or for 8-10 minutes.Drain under running water and toss with olive oil.Set it aside.
Heat olive oil in a pan , add garlic and onions.Saute for 5 minutes until light brown in color.
Add bell peppers . Cook for 3-4 minutes.Season with salt and pepper.
Add bolognese sauce and cook ,covered for 5 minutes .Now add cooked pasta , mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot garnished with Parmesan cheese and basil leaves.
Serve-3 Cooking time 30 minutes
