Pheni is the fried vermicelli that is served during Iftar in mostly Muslim families .
I used store bought pheni to make the desert . It is very rich and delicious treat and tasted best when served warm.So let’s start the recipe yum.

Heat ghee in a sauce pan and fry cashew nuts for a minute till light golden in color.Remove the cashenuts from ghee.
Add milk in the same pan and bring it to boil.Add sugar and pheni and let it cook for 10 minutes.
Add saffron milk , stir and add cashew nuts.
