Aloo Palak

Aloo Palak potato and spinach curry that is amazingly tasty and healthy. You can use cottage cheese instead of potatoes and then it becomes palak paneer. Both versions taste heavenly and wonderful dishes for lunch or dinner.

Aloo palak is a very healthy and tasty dish that we love to eat and make with seasonal spinach leaves. This dish paired best with plain roti or makki ki roti with a dollop of butter.
