Sealed Crustless Sandwich

We are in yet another edition of Blogging marathon and for the first week I will be making American Sandwiches from the wiki list .This post was supposed I be published on 3rd March but I am very late this time.

However we were given with themes around a month ago and I was hoping to make the sandwiches real quick just before a day or two from first week. But with a crying baby at home sometimes it is almost impossible to cook anything.

This sandwich is very popular and has a filling sealed between two layers of bread. A popular variety is peanut butter and jelly but I used homemade blueberry jam and plain butter instead. So let’s start the recipe.yum
