Matar Mushroom Rice

Whenever I feel hungry in mid mornings I would love to make quick and easy one pot meal and sometimes if I have leftover rice then hurray I can do anything I want .This weekend I made matar mushroom dry sabzi and I had some leftover plain rice .Guess what I just mixed them both and bingo my super fast and filling meal was ready in few seconds.

So below is the recipe for an easy one pot meal along with matar mushroom curry that I made for CCChallenge. However if you are regular reader of my blog you must be aware of my dislike for mushrooms .I only ate rice with peas and all the mushrooms were transferred to Mr. Husband’s plate. That is enough talking now let’s start the recipe.yum
