I think we ladies spent a big time in the kitchen making three time meals. I think to get a break we definitely need to cook some easy-peasy dishes and I found some, I mark them as favourites and do make them once in a while and have relaxed dinner with family.
This one pot pasta dish so simple to put together and tastes amazing. The rocket leaves give a peppery flavour and taste to the dish and make it more inviting and yummy. These leaves have an acquired taste and this is a nice way to incorporate them in the diet along with salads after all they are salad leaved..
