Mixed Fruit Gelato

Holidays are quite hectic for me 🙂 as a list of food items is given to me by Mr. Husband and my daughter . Today is holiday on account of Mahavir Jayanti the birth of Mahavira the last Thirtankara . I was given an order of Chole Bhature ( I had posted recipe earlier) and after that a bowl full of chilled ice-cream. Once I was watching Donna Hay’s cookery show on TLC .She prepared a delicious mango gelato with frozen mangoes and yoghurt . I tried it with mixed fruits and it was a success. A simple frozen fruits ice cream is a hit on holidays. Today we enjoyed this yummy mixed fruits ice cream after heavy dose of spicy meal. So let’s start the recipe .yum
