Mix Bhajia Platter

Mix Bhajia Platter is a platter of three different kinds of deep fried-bhajia made with potatoes, onion and green chillies.

We are in the last week of BM#54 and my theme for the week is one bite snacks. For the first day, I made mix bhajias with potatoes, green chillies and Sindhi pakoras.

The green chilli I used was mildly hot and even my daughter ate one of that .I made this bhajia platter for our weekend breakfast and everyone loved them.
