Mini Indo-Chinese Platter– A super spicy and tastyIndo-Chinese platter with veg chow-mein, Gobi Manchurian, Veg fried rice, Veg Manchow soup, and chili potato.
We are crazy about Indo-Chinese food and I often make it at home, normally I make one or two dishes at a time but for the mini thali series I made few dishes to make this platter.
Recently I have started adding naturally brewed low sodium soy sauce in my Chinese dishes which doesn’t give that strong color that we used to get in India but gives a nice and subtle taste.
So the family went crazy when I made this mini thali and they loved all the dishes. Girls just won’t stop eating the chow-mein and have had few times until it all finished. As it was everyone’s favorite meal so we all had a wonderful and satisfying Indo-Chinese meal.
In the Indo-Chinese platter, it has
Chilli Potato ( Will post the recipe soon )
