Green chili Thecha is a spicy and tasty green chili and peanuts chutney served as a popular condiment all over the state of Maharashtra.
This is the easiest yet very tasty condiment I have ever had. The nuttiness of peanuts, the spicy chilies and with a hint of garlic, it is the combination of best things ever. The recipe is adapted from Tarla Dalal’s.
I love trying recipes from different cuisines and this time I made three recipes from Maharashtrian cuisine for my this week’s regional cuisine.
I do have some Maharastrian recipes already on the blog. Go ahead and take a look-
