Ingredients

peanuts

green chillies
1/4
cup
coriander leaves,
chopped
3-4
garlic cloves
salt to taste
Instructions
Heat a pan and dry roast the peanuts for 7-10 minutes on low heat. Cool and remove the skin.
In the same pan add a teaspoon of oil, garlic and green chillies. Saute for 3-4 minutes.
Remove from heat and set aside to cool. Once cooled coarse grind with peanuts and coriander leaves.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator and use as desired.
Notes
Adjust chilies as per your taste.
