Creamy Mashed Potatoes,Today’s recipe is from top 100 recipes of year 2015 from Taste of Home.Mashed potatoes are filling and tasty potato dish made with potatoes ,milk ,butter and cream. The main idea is to make the potatoes floury in texture and seasoned with salt ,pepper and various other flavorings. These potatoes can be used as it is or in combination with other dishes. They will make a perfect covering for Shepard pie or a filling for pierogi .

The creamy mashed potatoes recipe is very simple and doesn’t require too much effort .It can be made for breakfast and or for lunch as well.I used a potato masher to mash them, but most of the recipes suggest to use a potato ricer to get the perfect creamy texture.Personally I did not like them but my lo loved the creamy potatoes and ate quite a portion.
