Day 8 Navratri Thali and Barnyard Millet Dosa Recipe which is an easy and tasty dosa made with barnyard millet is a healthy and filling gluten-free dish to serve in Navratri fasting days.

Samak Dosa
Ingredients
- 2 cups barnyard millet flour
- 1/4 cup yougurt
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- rock salt to taste
- water as required
- 1 tablespoon ghee
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add barnyard millet flour, yogurt, and cumin seeds. Stir and add 2 cups of water.
- Let the batter rest for about 30 minutes.
- Once rested enough add a cup of more water and salt. Whisk to combine.
- Heat an iron griddle and brush some ghee on top of it.
- Pour a ladleful of batter and spread into a big circle with back of the spoon.
- Cook from the other side fo a minute, remove from griddle and serve warm.
