- All of the above chutneys do not need extra water to grind, but if you feel it seems dry to grind, you can always add some water.

Ingredients
Mint and Coriander Chutney
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 tablespoon dried pomegranate seeds/powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- 6-7 green chilies
- salt to taste
- 2 bunch mint leaves
- 1 bunch coriander leaves
Garlic Chutney
- 2 bulbs garlic
- 15-20 dried whole red chilies
- 1 cup water
- salt to taste
- juice of a half lemon
Tomato Chutney
- 3-4 to matoes roughly chopped
- 2-3 green chilies
- 2 ” piece ginger
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds roasted
- salt to taste
- a pinch of asafetida
Tamarind Chutney
- 50 g tamarind
- 2 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 cup jaggery
Onion Chutney
- 2 onions roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves
- 1 to mato roughly chopped
- 2 ” pieces ginger
- 3-4 green chilies
- salt to taste
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Grind the respective chutney with its ingredients in a blender or mixer until smooth. Transfer in glass jar and keep refrigerated.
