Veg Pasta in White Sauce


For the final day of cooking pastas in different sauces I made veg fusilli pasta in white sauce. This is a kind of very creamy and rich pasta and can be made in a jiffy. Frankly speaking I have liking towards red sauce based pastas and my family loves white pasta . So obviously I didn’t tried eating this pasta myself but they adored it to the core.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup red bell pepper,chopped
1/4 cup green bell pepper,chopped
1/4 cup mushrooms,sliced
3-4 garlic cloves,chopped
1 onion,chopped
1 cup milk
2 tablespoon all purpose flour
2 cup fusilli ,cooked
2tablespoon butter
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
Peppercorn powder to taste
1 tablespoon cheese ,grated

Method:
Heat butter in a pan and add chopped garlic and onions.Sauté till slightly brown in color.
Now add bell peppers and mushrooms , stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add all purpose flour and milk . Cook till it starts thickening.
Add oregano and basil and then cooked fusilli pasta .Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes more until everything is well combined.

Season with salt and pepper ,add cheese and serve warm.

Enjoy!!

Serve-4. Cooking time-20 minutes
