Tzatziki Sauce

Tzatziki sauce is a Greek sauce used to grilled meat or served as a dip.It is usually made of yogurt ,cucumber, garlic, dill ,mint parsley and salt with lemon juice.

This is very refreshing sauce as the cool yogurt combined with even more cool cucumber .The sauce can be served an appetizer or simply as a dip with or on various dishes ,especially great to go with Gyros.

  1. This evening I was thinking about this sauce and could not remember the name and which country it is from. I made something similar to go with my grilled chicken for dinner. Nice sauce to serve as a dip with grilled food.
