Thandai Recipe– A refreshing and chilled drink to beat the heat in summers. This drink is popular during Holi festival and is distributed to family and friends.

Thandai a traditional North Indian drink, supposed to be really cold enough to beat the heat of summers. It is usually made up of almonds, fennel and many more nuts, seeds, and herbs which are ground together to form a powder. The drink is made in milk and served chilled popularly in summers.Normally it is available on the market but I preferred to make it at home.

Don’t forget to check my Homemade Thandai MasalaĀ recipe and make your own batch at home. Believe me, it is way tastier and healthier than the store-bought ones.
