Spaghetti Stir Fry

Here is simple and easy stir fried spaghetti recipe that I adapted from Sharmispassions . It would make a wonderful lunch box or can be served in breakfast on weekends. Addition of vegetables makes it more healthy and tasty.

So let’s start the recipe . Yum

Ingredients:
250 gm Spaghetti Pasta
1 cup mixed vegetable , sliced ( I used capsicum , carrots , celery and cabbage)
1 white onion , sliced
2-3 garlic cloves , crushed
Salt to taste
2 teaspoon soya sauce
1 teaspoon peppercorn , crushed
1 teaspoon red chilly flakes
4 tablespoon oil
Spring onion greens to garnish

Method:
Boil water in a pot and add Spaghetti . Let it boil for 7-8 minutes .
Drain and wash under running water. Apply a tablespoon of oil and set aside.
Heat remaining oil in a pan , add garlic and onion . Cook till a little transparent.
Add sliced vegetables and cook for few minutes.
Now add soya sauce , salt , pepper and red chilly flakes. Mix well.
Add Spaghetti and stir well . Cook for 5 minutes more.

Remove from heat , garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.

Serve-3. Cooking time-25 minutes
