A memorable meal does’nt have to be time consuming and
complicated.Many Mexican favorites ,such as , tacos , can be put
together in minutes.Soft tacos filled with tender tofu and spices make
it a delightful hot lunch or after school snack on cold days..Try this
spicy dish in your kitchen , that are zesty and hearty for those who
enjoy vegetarian food. So let’s start the recipe. Yum

Ingredients:
8 taco size flour tortilla shells
1 cup taco sauce
1/4 cup hot Chilli sauce
1/2 capsicum , shopped
1/2 cup Tofu , chopped
1 onion , chopped
1 tomato , chopped
2 chillies , chopped
1 teaspon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon red Chilli flakes
1/2 teaspoon peppercorn powder
Salt to taste
1/4 cup cilantro leaves , chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup low fat cheese
Method:
Place chopped tofu , tomato , onion , capsicum and green chillies in a bowl.
Add 1/2 cup taco sauce , Chilli sauce , salt and pepper in it.

Now add Chilli flakes , oregano and basil . Mix in lemon juice and chopped cilantro leaves.
Warm Tao shells in oven for 5 minutes. Apply 2 teaspoon of taco sauce
over in shell. Fill the stuffing in half of the shell, add cheese over
it .

Roast in oven or over a non stick pan or serve as it is.

Serve hot with Mexican salsa.

Serve-4. Cooking time -30 minutes
Notes: It may be too hot so adjust chillies as per your taste .
You may add any stuffing you want to enjoy.
