Moong Dal Dosa Stuffed with Scrambled Tofu-A very tasty and filling moong dal dosa stuffed with scrambled tofu is a healthy and protein-packed lunch or dinner.
I love making moong dal dosa more rather than the typical dosa which takes a lot of time in fermenting. So whenever I want my girls to stuff them with protein and all I make moong dal dosa and the stuffing always has to be paneer or tofu.
The main plus point is this dosa is super easy to make and I can spread it evenly without breaking which isn’t my specialty at all when it comes to spreading the regular dosa.
Here are some more easy dosa recipes to try-

I like your innovative variation of the dosa filling. Mung dal dosa is a favorite in our house too. So flavorful.
This is indeed a wonderful meal to enjoy!..very nicely done and love that option of having protein rich filling!
Thats an incredible and brilliant idea to stuff scrambled tofu in dosa Sapana, what a lovely dish there. Inviting to the core.
Very innovative and filling dosa there. The whole platter is power packed.
Moongdal dosa came out really great. Tofu filling is a topping over the cake. Protein-packed meal in itself. Dal texture is really smooth.
Even I find spreading dosa very difficult and not able to make good dosas at least first few. If this moong dal dosa is easier to spread then it is going to be a regular in my home with the added benefit that it is healthier and no fermentation is required.
Chilla come out so perfect.. healthy and tasty breakfast option.
Dosa and filling, both sounds healthy and delicious. Never tried moong dal dosa before, bookmarked to try, Great share Sapana.
Moong dal dosa is so Tasty and Delicious Recipe.
would love to have this for my breakfast – but I would use eggs instead of tofu 🙂
