Mooli ki Bhurji

Mooli ki Bhurji is a simple curry made with white radish and green leaves. We love to make this flavorful and delicious bhurji in winters. It would have been some curd ,chutney, roti and mooli bhurji and we would have our nice lunch on those cold winter days.I know you must be thinking that bhurji is something minced or crumbled, but I am used to this name since childhood and which is why I went with this name.

Sometime you just want to have a simple meal and this mooli bhurji is perfect for those lazy days when you are not in the mood to cook elaborate meal.Try to pick the fresh radish with fresh green leaves while picking the vegetable from the market.
