Smashed Potatoes

Smashed potatoes:Fresh oven baked smoky hot smashed potatoes.I have had bookmarked them since ages but never get time to make them. Knowing the fact they are super easy and extremely delicious I am wondering why on earth would I missed them for all these years. Finally while clearing my bookmarks list for this week’s BM I got a chance to bake these smashed potatoes and I totally loved them.

As the smashed potatoes are cooked with skin the taste is unique and more amazing. For kids, I skipped the chilly flakes and they also enjoyed relishing these scrumptious goodies.
