Mango lassi is a popular Indian mango and yogurt drink. If you haven’t tried this famous drink yet, you are seriously missing all the fun. Do make it with seasonal mangoes and enjoy it.
What is Mango Lassi?
Mango lassi is a popular Indian yogurt-based drink consumed during summertime. The seasonal fresh mangoes like Kesar or Alphonso makes the best mango lassi. However, as we do get the tinned mango puree throughout the year, so this lassi can be made anytime you want.
Mango lassi is also famous worldwide and is a favorite restaurant menu dish in many countries.
This is one of the easiest and tastiest ways of using mangoes and the best part is there is no cooking involved. Unlike mango shake, it is a bit thick and creamy drink.
Can we make it Vegan?
Yes, use any of your favorite plant based milk and yogurt like almond milk, soya milk or coconut yogurt and make it vegan.
This mango lassi is
✔Very tatsy and creamy
✔Needs only 4 ingredients
✔No cooking involved
✔Better than the restaurant ones
✔Ready in less than 10 minutes
Basic Ingredients for Mango Lassi
- First, Mango-Fresh or tinned mango puree
- Yogurt-Try to use fresh plain yogurt

How to make Mango Lassi?
As I mentioned above, it is one of the easiest drinks. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. You may add more or less yogurt and milk to make it thick or thin. Adjust the amount of sugar as per your taste and the quality of mangoes.
If your mangoes are sweet, you may not even need to add sugar but sometimes they might be little sour then add sugar accordingly.
