Cheesy Rolls

Cheesy Rolls , the recipe came from the wrapper of Amul cheese . I always wanted to try these rolls but never get a chance . Yesterday I made it for breakfast and everybody in the house loved it . The filling with lots of vegetables and cheese was juicy , crunchy and mouth melting. I used home made flour tortillas /flat breads and prepared these gooey rolls. For this week’s Cooking from Cookbook Challenge , this is my offline preparation . So let’s start the recipe . Yum

Ingredients:

8 flour tortillas

For filling:
3-4 garlic cloves , chopped
1 onion , chopped
1 spring onion , chopped
2-3 green chillies , chopped
1 tomato , chopped
1 carrot , chopped
1 capsicum , chopped
1 cup cabbage , shredded
100 gm Cheese , cut in cubes
1/4 cup coriander leaves , chopped
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1 teaspoon peppercorn , crushed
1 teaspoon red chilly flakes
1 teaspoon dried mango powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoon olive oil

Method:
Heat oil in a pan , add chopped garlic and onion . Sauté add spring onion , green chillies and add tomato , carrots and cabbage.
Cook for a minute of two , add capsicum , peppercorn , red chilly flakes , basil , dried mango powder and mix well.
Add tomato sauce , chopped coriander leaves and in the last add cheese cubes and turn off the gas.
Divide the filling in 8 equal portions . Roll them up in each tortilla and serve immediately.

Serve warm and enjoy .

Serve-8. Cooking time -15 minutes
