Dhuli Moong Dal Kchichdi

Moong dal Khichdi or dhuli moong wali dal ki khichdi is one of the comforting and easy mixed rice and dal dishes that I love to make on lazy days.

This dish has both carbohydrates from rice and protein from dal and it makes a complete and filling meal. It tastes best with papad, pickle, yogurt, and chutney. As they say “Khichdi ke chaar yaar -dahi, papad, chutney, achaar”.The dish has been lying in my draft for ages and finally, I posted it for the theme rice dishes.
