Churma


A delicious ,flaky, tempting but mildly sweet dish from Rajasthan that you will love forever if tasted only once.I just made it last week ,finished all the same day .And guess what , I am terribly craving to eat it again.


Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour/atta
1/4 cup semolina/suzi
2 tablespoon gram flour/besan
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup clarified butter/ghee
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
2 tablespoon almond powder
ghee for frying

Method:
In a mixing bowl ,add wheat flour,semolina and besa.Add melted ghee and knead a dough using enough water.
Keep the dough covered to rest for 30minutes.
Heat ghee for frying in a pan.
Make 8-9 round balls from dough.Make indention in the center.
Drop in the hot oil snd fry from both sides until golden.
Drain on paper towel and let it cool.
In a food processor or blender,process to make a fine powder.
Add sugar ,almonds and cardamom powder.Mix well.

Serve with Dal and Baati.
