Super delicious and very easy chunky style plum jam with a hint of cinnamon. This is damn delicious to try when the plums are in season.
When life gives you plums you have to make this spiced plum jam. I have had few lbs of fresh plums that needed to be used. That’s when I started looking for recipes to preserve plums. There are hundreds of plum jam recipes and it was really hard to pick one.
I wanted to make a without or low sugar version so followed this recipe from HappyfoodsTube and totally fell in love with it. The batch was supposed to stay for a week but girls finished it in only two days.
The best part is that it has a very minimal amount of sugar. But one the jam is ready to believe me you won’t miss the sugar. The tartness of plums when combined with the tiny bit of brown sugar is just amazing.
If you have plums to be used up do not forget to try this jam recipe and enjoy.

Beautiful colour , and a plum jam must have tasted so yum .
A nice recipe for the mashed theme. 🙂 I generally like jams that are not so smooth and with some texture. I have bookmarked this to give a try! Nice. 🙂
