Christmas Tree Brownie

For the last day of BM#48 under Holiday Recipes I made Christmas Tree Brownies form here .
 You all must be wondering that it doesn’t look like christmas tree from decoration , Well there is a story behind it .Here the weather is a little more cold for me so I usually avoid to go out and all the grocery shopping is done by Mr. husband. Last week I asked him to bring colorful sprinkles to decorate my brownie and look what he brought .

But this doesn’t bother to my daughter , In fact she find them very pretty and of course delicious as well.So let’s a tart the recipe.yum


Ingredients:
3/4 cup self-raising flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder, sifted
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup yoghurt ,beaten

For decoration
Chocolate chips
Chocolate vermicelli
Sugar sprinkles
Dark chocolate,grated

Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a flan tin with butter and dust with flour.
In a bowl, beat the sugar and butter until light . Add in flour, cocoa powder ,yoghurt , milk and vanilla , beat until mixed well.
Pour the batter into prepared tin and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Leave to cool and slice into 8 wedges.

Spread grated chocolate and decorate as you wish.


Enjoy!!

Serve-4. Baking time -30 minutes

Note: You may decorate it with colorful glaze icing , M&ms , smarties or rice crackers.
