Basara Mei Bhindi Patata (Sindhi Okra Potato Curry )

A simple yet famous Sindhi curry called Basara Mei Bhindi Patata which means Okra and Potato Curry. I have never tried this combo together but now it becomes my favorite.

The original recipe required frying of potatoes and okra , which I have skipped. Everyone at home liked it and enjoyed with hot chapatis. So let’s start the recipe. Yum

  1. I tried a potato and okra curry before from Vaishali's blog but the okra had been stuffed with a masala paste and it was so delicious – I am sure this one is just as yummy!
