Shammi Kebab: Shammi kebabs are the popular snacks served in India and Pakistan usually made with minced meat, chana dal, and spices. This kebab is popular for being served with mint chutney during Eid along with sheer kurma.I made the vegetarian version of Shammi kebab made with a combination of chana dal, potatoes, and spices. They tasted totally awesome and somehow got entered up in being favorite snacks by the family.

Do not forget to try my previous two Palak kofta kebab and Kakori kebab recipes and have fun.

  1. I made them last night. They were delicious. One flavor I missed was the Cardamom. Next time I will add some seeds of Cardamom. Thanks.
