A spicy, and tangy Veg Manchurian balls served in sour and sweet gravy is a popular Indo-Chinese dish served in India.
Indian Chinese cuisine is the adaptation of Chinese seasoning and cooking techniques to Indian tastes. Veg Manchurian is one of the famous dishes from this popular cuisine which has sweet and sour flavors in it. It is often available in dry and curry form, the dry Manchurian is served as an appetizer whereas the wet Manchurian is served to be a side dish with fried rice or noddles.
This Veg Manchurian is made up of a variety of shredded vegetables in the form of deep-fried balls and served in sour and spicy gravy sauce. It is normally served as side dish or main course with rice and or as soup.
