Veg Combination Fried Rice

I made this mixed veg combination noodles and fried rice from a cookbook for this week of CCChallenge .This is a wonderful recipe for kids and can be a perfect treat for parties as well.
So let’s start the recipe .yum

Ingredients:
2 cup rice ,cooked
1/2 cup noodles,boiled
1/2 cup bell peppers,sliced
1/4 cup cabbage ,shredded
1/4 cup carrots,chopped
Few green beans,chopped
2 scallions,chopped
1 red onion,chopped
1 green chilli,chopped
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
a pinch turmeric
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 teaspoon vinegar
2 tablespoon olive oil

Method:

Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan , add onions and saute for a minute.Add shallots ,carrots and beans.Mix well.
Now add salt , chill iand soy sauce and stir .Cook for a minute .
Add bell peppers and cabbage and cook for 2 minutes . Finally add cooked rice ,noodles and vinegar.Cook for 1 minute with continuous stirring on high heat.

Serve hot.
