Sandwich Wraps

For last day of cooking American Sandwiches I made sandwich wraps filled with roasted vegetables , cabbage coleslaw and delicious buttermilk dressing called Ranch dip. The final wrap was sweet and sour and full of exotic flavors of all sauces and veggies. My family loved it to the core.So let’s start the recipe.yum

Ingredients:
For roasted veggies
1 of each sliced
Yellow bell pepper
Green bell pepper
Red bell pepper
White onion
Avocado
Tomatoes

Other ingredients
Cabbage coleslaw as required
Ranch dip as required
Tomato ketchup as required
8 homemade tortilla wraps
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Method:
In a non stick pan roast the vegetables using a teaspoon oil.
Take a tortilla and arrange layers of onion ketchup , cabbage coleslaw ,roasted vegetables , and ranch dip.Sprinkle salt and pepper if required.
Wrap it from both sides and over in a cling foil.

Before serving if desired warm slightly , cut and serve.
