Mushroom fritters

Today I made crispy mushroom fritters. I love these tiny fritters ,they are great snack with morning or evening tea. Ready to eat in seconds and are full of scrumptious flavor of mushrooms. So let’s start with recipe yum.


Ingredients:
Button mushroom-10
Gram flour-1 cup
All purpose flour-2 tsp
Dried pomegranate seeds(powder)-1 tsp
Carom seeds-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Paprika-1 tsp
Amchur powder(dried mango powder)-1 tsp
Chaat masala-1 tsp
Method:
Sprinkle a pinch of salt and paprika on mushrooms and set aside.
Take a bowl and mix all ingredients except mushrooms.Make a paste of flour (slightly thick)and spices with water .
Now heat oil in a deep kadahi ,take one mushroom, dip it in flour paste and deep fry in oil.
Repeat the same with all mushrooms.Drain on paper towel and serve quickly(mushrooms will leave water if left for more than 10 minutes).
Sprinkle chaat masala over them.
Serve with ketchup and Mint chutney.
Serve-   2 or 3.        Cooking time-10 minutes
