Popsicles are a fun way to enjoy seasonal fruits, juices, yogurt and chocolates. When made at home there are zillions of options and they are healthy too.

Mango Banana Popsicles

These mango and banana popsicles are one such way to enjoy fruits. Sometimes kids are fussy eaters and won’t consume fruits. In that case, make the popsicles and they will definitely love it.

For this mango banana popsicles I used frozen bananas as they give a nice creamy texture. And when added with mango, saffron and cardamom it was the best popsicles I have ever made.

  • Mango
  • Banana
This mango popsicles needs only 2 ingredients and tastes just amazing!

How to make mango banan popsicles?

Slice and freeze some bananas a day before you would want to make the popsicles. Now take mango pulp and frozen banana and blend in the blender or food processor until smooth. For extra flavors add saffron and cardamom.

Divide it into popsicles mold, freeze for 4 to 6 hours. Enjoy.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 mangoes pureed
  • 4 banana frozen
  • few saffron strands
  • 2 green cardamom

Instructions
 

  • In a blender or food processor add mango pulp, cardamom, saffron strands and frozen banana. Blitz until a smooth puree is formed.
  • Divide into the popsicles mold.
  • Freeze for 4 to 6 hours.
  • Remove from molds, serve, and enjoy.
