The French meaning for mange tout is eaten as whole while still unripe .Mangetout is a flat version of garden peas and is native to Asia. The pods of mange touts are flat and thin. The taste of mangetout is milder and sweeter than that of the garden pea.
Mangetout can be boiled, steamed, or stir-fried. Whichever method is preferred, keep cooking time short, to maintain texture and has about double the amount of calcium than green peas.
I prepared this simple stir fried snow peas from here and modified the recipe as per our taste. So let’s start the recipe .yum
