Indian style Coconut Ice

Indian style Coconut Ice-A super soft and creamy coconut fudge infused with cardamom and topped with rich and tasty white chocolate.

The cardamom infused coconut fudge topped with white chocolate is a wonderful combination of Indian and Western flavors. It tastes just amazing and is a wonderful sweet dish to make for any occasion.

I listed this super easy and delicious fudge for my Raksha Bandhan recipes as I am sure it would be a perfect treat to celebrate the day.
